Photographic artist, advertising photographer & visual storyteller

Thomas Kremer's path to photography began early: at the age of twelve, far from home, in a boarding school in Rio Claro, Brazil. It wasn't a dramatic beginning, no sudden turning point – rather a quiet process of observation and understanding. The darkroom became his refuge, a space of concentration where light, time, and silence developed their own language. There, his understanding of photography as more than mere representation took shape: as a space of consciousness, as a means of reinterpreting reality.

Today, Thomas moves effortlessly between art, commercial photography, and visual communication. He works as an advertising photographer, videographer, visual content manager, trainer, and author of several photography books. Over three decades of international experience—from São Paulo to Munich—have honed his eye for architecture, landscape, lighting, and the subtle presence of people in space.

His works have been exhibited and published in Europe and Latin America. In independent projects, he explores perception, space, and the relationship between humans and their environment.

Thomas understands beauty as an impetus for change and the image as a means of expanding consciousness. For him, photography is a precise act of stillness – a moment in which thoughts take form. Without pathos, without staging for its own sake, but as an honest expression of what connects us.

His motivation is to make visible what is often overlooked. The focus is not on the person behind the camera, but on what is revealed in the image. What matters is the perspective – its result and the freedom to share it.
